Regional Managers - Market Research. (3 posts East Africa, Southern Africa, and West Africa. Positions to be based in Nairobi, Johannesburg and Lagos)
GeoPoll seeks to recruit Market Researchers in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa to join our fast paced and innovative team.
These are Senior Positions reporting to the Vice President Africa with key responsibility of growing GeoPoll market position and client portfolio in Africa to achieve targeted financial growth. This requires expert ability to proactively identify business opportunities that will build, develop and maintain a strong sustainable customer base; strong communication and marketing skills; ability to align GeoPoll products to address clients needs; calling on clients to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict varying clients' future needs with a view to negotiate and close business deals; Extensive knowledge and updated understanding of market research trends and competitor intelligence and ability to leverage relationships is key.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
• University Degree in relevant field
• Five (5) years relevant experience in a regional role
• Membership to relevant professional bodies
• Commercial experience
Key Skills
The Applicant should have expert leadership and communication skills; ability to leverage client relationships and make commercial decisions; flexibility to work in multicultural and multi disciplinary teams; Ability to coordinate multiple research projects; Time Management Skills with team member's clients and management; Budgeting Skills, Analytical Skills and ability to identify insights. Language skills in English and French; Knowledge and understanding of market research methods.
