You are responsible to enhance quality of the radio network services to customers by identifying and fixing existing problems after site implementation and integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute parameter optimization on worst cells, radio features and prepare performance monitoring report
• Follow up on congested and low utilization sites ,action plans in assigned cluster
• Prepare daily , weekly and monthly KPIs report on a cluster and network wise with action plan
• Follow up on customer complaints and implement actions to improve network quality and coverage
• Monitoring and performance checking of Platinum sites in many different environments and vendors like - But limited to - (GSM, WCDMA), (Voice, Data – R99, GPRS, HSPA+ and EUL).
• Work very closely with internal stake holders on BSC capacity Management to balance existing traffic and to make sure that no BSC is overloaded in terms of traffic and TRX in a cluster
• Conduct Technical Evaluation and KPIs monitoring after RBS SWAP Project for RF part

Position Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Telecom Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RF Optimization
• Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• People management skill
Ability to troubleshoot and analyse RF problems
• Ability to work with Optimization working tools
