Job Purpose
As a leader in Engineering, lead, develop and motivate a team with the capability to deliver a safe and professional engineering operation to defined business and performance metrics.
Role models collaboration across the wider engineering business.

- Manpower Direct Up to 10 TMG's Indirect Up to 100 permanent staff
Ability to work on a 24/7 shift basis.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide a safe working environment, drives and maintains safe and secure working practices with professional standards of work and housekeeping
- Delivers shift performance on quality and safety, operational and customer, financial and commercial, and colleagues
- Drives engagement and builds effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and partners by role modelling and embedding leadership and brand behaviours
- Building and maintaining effective employee relationships with trade unions, key stakeholders and customers
- Deliver daily shift performance with cost effective utilisation of resources across the business units
- Maintaining establishment and capability for shifts to support operation and finance plans
- Understands colleague performance, set and manage clear expectations
- Development of colleagues' skills, capabilities and qualifications to support the operational requirements and talent pipeline for engineering
- Enables, empowers and embeds continuous improvement that delivers value added change
