Chief Of Party: Provide overall management, strategic direction, and financial oversight to the project. Qualifications include: 10+ years experience leading USAID-funded HSS programs; advanced degree in health and experience working with Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and LGA levels in Tanzania; strong knowledge of USAID policies, procedures, regulations and reporting requirements.
