Head of Planning at First Point Group Tanzania

Ensure compliance in Manage capacity (MC) and managed services  (MS) delivery for Design and Planning

Responsible for Timely BoQ delivery for MC

Responsible for auditing and reconciling capacity sign off for all countries

Instill compliance to guidelines for design for all verticals

Resource localisation plan and tracking for pan Africa D&P

Competence plan and tracking for the resources

Finalise Tools plan for the MC/MS contract delivery with alignment with CD

Ensure smooth information flow with in the organisation and towards the customer

Process owner for different verticals in D&P

Cost optimisation in internal, offshored and ASP services

Ensure flawless reporting for KPIs and monthly Sign off process

Desired Skills and Experience

Thorough understanding of the MC and MS contracts

Core competence of Radio, Transmission or Core with good understanding of other verticals

Deep understanding of the cost spread

MS KPI delivery and Reward penalty mechanism

Good presentation and communication skills

Able to work and co-ordinate between teams, which are at times remotely located

Should be able to travel for meetings and discussions if required
