POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Designation: Head of Operations
1. Developing, implementing and monitoring operations policies and procedures and effectively communicating policies to all staff.
2. To ensure and manage budgets preparation by Finance Department, implementation of key internal control measures to enhance financial management.
3. To ensure the maintenance and integrity of the Quality Management Systems at all Al Muntazir Schools.
4. Playing an active supportive role in school inspections, both internal and external.
5. Ensuring that all school campuses are safeguarded by adequate security and conducting safety inspections.
6. Reviewing and monitoring the security and safety of each of the schools' premises and property, including reviews of safety procedures and back up / recovery plans for emergency situations.
7. Ensuring efficient logistical support for school activities, excursions and functions.
