EXTERNAL CHANNEL MANAGER
Summary
To develop and evolve the external channel partnership as required to support the strategic plan, and to manage relationship with external partners to ensure revenue and sales target are met in order to achieve the optimal level of customer service while minimizing channel cost.

Reports To:- Head Sales (Retail and Whole Sale Business)

Duties  
1. To build strong partnerships with external channel partners in driving external sales target.
2. To liaise with procurement department/section in contracts negotiations with third party vendors, and by Ensuring all external channel partners have valid formal Sales contracts/agreements with TTCL.
3. To prepare forecast and re-order timelines for products (e.g. scratch cards, RUIMS and CPE etc) as to the sales plan.
4. To ensure efficient and effective distribution of the products to third party vendors and TTCL point-of-presence.
5. To keep an up to date inventory of all channel products to third party vendors and TTCL regional centers.
6. To monitor and track third party vendors performance (sales and quality) and guide where necessary to achieve TTCL external sales budget.
7. Develop strong operational processes and support to third party vendors.
8. To compile report(s) to sales office senior management on the performance of each third party vendor and action taken to mitigate where target is not achieved.
9. To perform any other duty related with sales activities as may be assigned

Qualifications
1. Degree in Business/Administration/Marketing and or equivalent education. 2. Extensive knowledge of competitive communication industry issues. 3. Excellent ability to plan and organize in a self directed environment. 4. Strong analytics skills with strong PC skills (Microsoft excel and access) 5. Strong team player and able to work independently 6. Good people management skills 7. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills 8. Have strong drive and able to withstand pressure 9. Ability to multi task 10. Meticulous, detailed, customer oriented and a fast worker 11. Demonstrates creative, innovative and thinking abilities
