About Your Job:
We are looking for Business Performance Officer to be part of the Commercial team in Moscow.
As Business Performance Officer, you will provide fast, accurate and well-designed reports and data to the Country Manager as well as support Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia stations with timely reporting. These reports will consist of flown revenue and passengers against budget reports, analysis of uplift report statistics, forward load report and forecasting of performance. Your role will focus mainly on strategic development.
You will compile data to identify load issues to improve sales/performance of the station. You will create and control flown revenue database of the station and create marketing share reports and analytical support to assist QR sales performance. You will develop and improved methods for forecasting the future month's performance based on statistical models. You will have a close hand in revenue generation of offline markets within remit of North Eastern Europe.
You will provide successful guidance to the Business Analysts within the covered region of assignment specifically Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
About You:
You will have Bachelors degree with 6 years of analytical experience in the financial/credit institution or airline industry. You must be fluent (spoken and written) in English and Russian.
You must have airline related commercial knowledge as well as good proven understanding of revenue management principles and practices. You will have knowledge of Fare construction, ticketing and pro-ration. You will have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and advance problem solving capabilities.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential requirements. You will have a good track record of implementing change and revenue delivery. You will have good interpersonal and networking skills with a good sense of where the business is developing.
