International organization currently seeking technical staff for an agricultural value chain project in Tanzania. The project's primary objective is to increase rice and maize productivity and competitiveness. To this end, technical components will focus on improved farming techniques and best practices, improved farm management, strengthened market linkages and competitiveness, trade facilitation and regulatory reform, value chain development for vulnerable groups, and other activities that promote increased food security.
Technical Positions Available:
We are currently seeking applicants for the following long term positions. Relevant experience and minimum Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in agronomy, business, agricultural economics, or other related disciplines strongly preferred
Monitoring & Evaluation Officers – Positions available in Mlimba and Kiteto. Ensure timely collection of accurate, reliable and complete data from assigned cluster. Work closely with the technical team to capture M&E data accurately in real time and enter it into the data management system. Submit quarterly indicator trackers and assist in regular project reporting. Ensure that supporting documents for any data reported are available, accessible and filed accordingly. 1-5 years relevant experience required
