Qualifications and Experience

• Higher Diploma or basic degree in Community development, social/behavioral sciences, communication, public health or related and/or equivalent.
• Professional work experience in the area of community mobilization.
• Experience in working in the area of sexual and reproductive health.
• Good mobilization and facilitation skills for community-based programmes with adequate exposure to adult-learning approaches.
• Young, energetic, outgoing, non-discriminatory, diverse and easy to interact in multiethnic environment
• Good Computer skills.
