Our Company is looking for dynamic, innovative and committed CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS to join its growing team. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS (04) Scope of the Work The Project Manager is the Company's administrator of projects. S/He will supervise a group of technical staff on worksites to deliver the projects on time, to set quality standards and to work within set budgets. Key Responsibilities:- Accurate planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising and control of works according to agreed programs and standards. Planning, acquisition and management of project resources. Managing Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality of works for Projects.

Requirement: Thorough understanding of corporate design and construction industry practices, standards, processes and their impact on project activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial management, cost control and analytical skills. Adequate Knowledge on Environmental,  Health, Safety, Security & Quality Control measures & procedures A good degree/ Higher Technical Diploma in Civil & Building Engineering. 7 Years of experience, 3 as a Site Engineer. " Must have handled a project of over 2Million US Dollars Accreditation to recognized professional bodies would be of added advantage. Proven track record of success in handling projects involving high rise buildings, industrial buildings/works, road works, water works and bridges. Practical Skills in using Surveying Equipment such as Total Stations & Theodolites. Computer Aided Design Draughtsmanship, especially AutoCAD. Advanced Scheduling skills using MS Project and/or Primavera.
