Position Overview	Banyan Global is seeking a mid-level ICT for Development Specialist to manage an anticipated three year USAID-funded project in Zambia. The full-time position will be based in Banyan Global's home office in Washington, DC, with regular travel to Zambia. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in ICT for development, with an emphasis on social networking and new media, and experience in economic development program management.
Qualifications	• At least four years of experience in ICT for development; • In-depth knowledge and expertise in new media platforms, with experience utilizing social media as a business tool, and familiarity with crowdfunding campaigns and websites; • Experience with project management for international economic development projects; • Experience with monitoring and evaluating projects, including experience with effective indicators and data collection considerations; • Experience in database development and management; • Undergraduate degree in media, communications, economics, or international development, or some related field. Master's degree preferred; • Fluent ability to write and speak English; • Strong communication and report-writing skills; • Ability to travel up to 25% time; • Experience in agriculture, gender, and international development strongly preferred; • Prior field experience in a developing country context preferred.
