• Bachelor Degree in business or commerce discipline plus a post graduate qualification
  
•  5 years of microfinance experiences at senior level
  
• Must be keen in details
  
• Excellent communications and reports writing skills
  
• Knowledge of spoken Swahili an added advantage

Job Description : Plan for and drive business growth in terms of clientele and growth of clean loam portfolio

• Manage day to day delivery of demand-driven and cost effective services to clients in areas of operation
  
• Lead the process to offer deposit taking services to clients
  
• Provide leadership in preparation of operations and customer services strategy
  
• Ensure timely provision of logistical and administration support to branches for smooth running of operations
  
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual statistical reports with specific recommendation for improvement
