1. Review the current MTE report and suggest, after consultation with the author, Ms. Nancy O'Rourke, ways to streamline the report to prepare it for publication.
2. Validate the MTE recommendations within the programme and operations sections to ensure that they are implementable.
3. Develop an action plan for implementating the recommendations of the MTE report.
