ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS GRADE 1- ARCHITECT/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ALLIED PROFESSIONALS [4 POSTS IN DSM AND 2 1N ZONAL OFFICES]:
Organizational Relationships: Report to: Assistant Registrar Technical
Qualifications:
Holder of basic Degree or equivalent qualification in either Architecture, Quantity Surveying or allied professions from a recognized institution; and who is registered with the Board as a professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To conduct inspections at construction sites for the purpose of verifying compliance with the Act No.4 of 2010 and data submitted in the applications of various clearances with the Board or for review purpose.
• To prepare and keep up-to-date records of the all audited building and other construction projects.
• To process all applications for the purposes of registration of building projects.
• To coordinate and supervise training for Architects, Quantity Surveyors and allied professionals and related fields.
• To ensure that Architects, Quantity Surveyors, allied professions, practicing firms and semi professionals have the necessary appropriate working tools for the efficiency of their studios and safety of people. .
• To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Letters of applications in own hand writing attaching a current signed detailed curriculum vitae, certified copies of academic/professional certificates, testimonials and two recent passport photographs; to reach the undersigned within fourteen (14) days from the date of this advert.
Three Referees should submit their letters of recommendation in sealed envelope addressed directly to the Registrar.
