Position: Secretary (Admin)
Job Description
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook;
• Preparation of the monthly report to human resource manager
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
• Ensure that the kitchens are well stocked with milk, sugar, tea and coffee.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Make coffee and set up tea, lunch for managing director
• Taking care and assisting all the managing director office activities and he/she will be responsible for all services.
• Coordinate office activities.
• Hand out employee applications when arises
• Cash out people when necessary.
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail

Position Requirements
• No supervision ,working under pressure with humanity,
• Beauty is very important, with modeling experience
• Diploma in secretarial /mass communication or irrelevant
• Three years working experiences
• Age limit 20 up to 28 years
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft word, excel)
• Excellent communication skills and mastering both languages confidently (Kiswahili, English)
