Position: Administration Officer Position
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Administration Manager and within delegated authority, the Administration Officer will be responsible for the following:
> Duties and Responsibilities
• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
• Supervise administrative services within the office.
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Assist with preparation and advertising of tender documents.
• Supervise completion of the payroll.
• Assist with preparation of the budget.
• Ensure accuracy of payment transactions and proper settlement of travel claims;
• Respond to queries from staff members and third parties;
• Administer employment agreements
• Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements
> Requirements/COMPETENCIES:
Professionalism, Planning and Organizing, Communication and Teamwork.
> QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Completion of Secondary School Certificate. Certificate in administration accounting, finance or related field is a requirement.
- Experience: At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance or Accounting, Administration, logistics or related area.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the ERPs and Computerized system is desirable.
- Excellent GIA Score.
- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Skills: Computer skills, Excel spread sheets.

Relocation Cost and Housing Covered by the Employer
Per diem & over night allowance on mission not in duty stations
Rest and Recuperation(R&R) of six (6) days after ever eight weeks (8) in field location.
