Job Vacancy- Accountant and Sales Executive

SkyGroup Limited (Arusha) is a holding company that maintains three divisions of three different industries: Branding and Advertising; Food production and Sales; Real Estate. 

The company is currently searching for qualified: 

1). Accountants.

2). Sales Executives. 

1). Accountant:

The Accountant will be under the authority and supervision of the Financial Controller & Chief Operations Officer. This candidate will be responsible for:

• Implementing and enforcing financial policies and procedures. 
• Preparing and scheduling monthly payrolls. 
• Running all accounting entries on QuickBooks application and handling other bookkeeping duties. 
• Establishing cheques, statements and payment transfer orders. 
• Performing bank reconciliations. 
• Make weekly, monthly & quarterly analysis of accounts and submit to COO.
• Support the budgeting process. 

To qualify for this position, you need to have the following requirements:

• Highly developed integrity, honesty and moral character. 
• Bachelors Degree in Accounts. 
• Minimum 2 years working experience (preferably in the hospitality industry). 
• Fluency in both English and Swahili. 
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to write and present reports.
• Competent in usage of computers and accounting software. 

2). Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales & Marketing manager with the following responsibilities: 

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting a compelling sale. 
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via phone calls and email. 
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. 
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing & potential markets. 
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information. 
• Provide weekly sales reports to marketing manager.
• Creating and developing branding strategies for clients. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets. 

To qualify for the Sales Executive Position, you need to have the following requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Good personal presentation. 
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition. 
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Must be creative. 
• Fluent in both English and Swahili.
• Competency in using computers. 
• Digital Marketing skills and experience.
