JOB REQUIREMENTS : To manage, develop, monitor and review of retail assets products across the bank with the aim of maintaining the quality of loan book portfolio
To acquire, grow and deepen Retail Asset customer relationships through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of Personal Customers' personal financial as well as investment needs and objectives

Position: Relationship Manager – Mortgage loan


Job Description
A Relationship Manager is required to help and advice clients, grow Mortgage loan product for the Bank through branch network. The range and scope of his/her work ranges from Mortgage product development, portfolio growth to Mortgage loan book performance. He/she is the focal point of sustaining customer satisfaction, Retain existing customers and generates additional business; acquire customers through various sales activities. He/she will be responsible on establishing and maintaining relationship with external stakeholders (Partners on Mortgage businesses).

Job Description

• Responsible for Value Added Services and Administration function of these services, ensuring service and operational standards always meet the needs of the business. 
• Ensuring that all services are provided in a seamless manner. 
• Ensuring that product portfolio is in order and monitor product expenditure as well as revenue generated.
• Responsible for strategic development of VAS that may be consumed by customers outside the Branches by Designing and implementing innovative and technological driven products & Services 
• Driving Non Interest Income initiative to ensure the income generated is in accordance to the approved budget Full 
• Responsible for ATMs, POS, Mobile Banking (USSD, APPs, NFC, Tokenization and Digitization) and Internet Banking development and uptime in collaboration with ICT and Operations.
