POSITION : ESTATE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

POSITION TYPE : PERMANENT
SALARY : Tsh 1,680,701 PER MONTH
Main purpose of job:
Customer Care Officer will support the Technical Works Group (TWG team) in delivering key corporate services aspects of the British High Commission Operational Plan. S/he will need to be able to work effectively and independently, liaising as necessary with colleagues across the Corporate Services team and UK based staff on receiving work request from UK staff, Record in simple spreadsheet before assigning to Technical Works Group.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Main point of contact on receiving work request from UK staff, Record in simple spreadsheet before assigning to Technical Works Group
• Seat together with TWG Supervisor in allocation of all work requests and prioritise them according to status e.g. urgent, necessary etc.
• Work closely with the Technical Works Group(TWG team) to track requests and provide updates and feedback to staff
• Provide support in the management of estates inventories for residencies, workshop store and Umoja House stores with a particular focus on health & safety
• Provide assistance to the Estates Manager in asset disposal
• Undertake other duties as assigned and agreed by Estates Manager or Head of Corporate Services

Skills / experience / qualifications required:
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Delivery and improving – Level 1
• Analysis and use of information – level 1

• Organisational and Financial awareness – level 1
• Previous experience in estates management
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field preferable
• Clean and valid driving licence adds advantage
