Should be not more than thirty five (35) years of age.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
Establish customer relations management with major customers which will provide a unique customer service and build competitive edge in, the market.
Undertake market intelligence aimed at establishing .analytical data on major customers of each of the services/products provided and ensure 'chat customer needs are satisfied.
Formulate and manage integrated marketing communication strategies which create climate of understanding and acceptance of Post Office Services/Products in the market place.
Identify business opportunities and negotiate with potential corporate customer(s) and facilitate conclusion of contract(s)
Prepare periodical reports on competitor's activities and postal sector in general.
Participate in improvement of traditional postal services and development of new products.
Participate in proposing postage rates and otb.er prices or sums to be charged in respect of
postal services and products.
Formulate and coordinate implementation of Fteld Marketing and Sales Programmes.
Prepare periodical reports on sales and marketing activities and assessment of business
performance in general.
DUTY STATION
Successful candidates shall be stationed at the Tanzania Posts Corporation Regional Centers of Mara and Babati - Manyara (Arusha).
REMUNERATION:
The above post carries competitive remuneration as per Tanzania Posts Corporation salary structure
and incentive package.
