JOB PURPOSE
Design coordinate and lead strategies to increase data usage/penetration by capturing new costumers/users and improving the experience to the existing ones with strong focus on their experience perception and pocket share
Responsible for distributing, selling and promote all Data related products under the different cellular network generations available (2G, 3G, 4G) and the devices to drive this products according to the channel and the company policies.
Create and develop new channels to sell and distribute data products
Building and constantly train sales teams according the requirements of the market and products specifications, working and interacting with all the sales channel as well, elaborating specific BTL strategies conducting the execution of them and targets' compliance. Been in the front line implies fast reaction under competition activities, maintaining a fast and efficient structure.
In order to achieve your objective your role demands to take accurate decisions and make them happen efficiently, for doing that planning, executing and controlling are key.
As salesmen your main objective is to achieve the monthly targets according with the approved Budget. You will be working closely with the all the zonal teams to assure the execution as much as the commercial team to be active part of the product design and development

Key Responsibilities
• Zonal Management team
Advise and track Targets for zonal Team and ensure compliance of it, Dealers inclusive
Drive the team to perform KPI's
Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure Fix Points are effectively utilized as per purchase Targets.
• Sales Force: Team building, maintenance and leadership
Active part on recurrent recruitment, training and strategic coordination of the sales teams and Point of Activation countrywide.
Always accountable for the high spirit of the team to lead and drive sales.
• Dealer support
Recurrent training and operational coordination of: Dealers and their Points of Activation countrywide.
• Analysis and zonal drivers
Generate, review and analyse daily and weekly Devices Sales, Packages Revenue & Activation and Site Payback Reports of DATA sites.
• New Market/channel deployment
Deploy new channels according market needs.
• Information Category coordination and Post sales activities
Coordination with information category about portfolio maintenance and sales continuity.
• Zonal Management team

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION
• University degree in marketing/sales /communication management/ business administration
• Minimum 5 years of commercial role, Data sales, marketing essential
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Deep understanding of project management cycles (form design to roll out) in digital and/or telecom environments
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community.
