WEB DESIGNER

Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd. (0SC) seeks a well-qualified and talented web designer who can transform high level concepts into creative visual solutions. Candidates should have a background in web design with a hybrid skill-set, able to work with both HTML/CSS code and Photoshop .

Qualifications:

Required:

· Solid understanding of designing for digital development

· Ability to design and update websites and landing pages

· Experience designing high impact web mockups

· Experience designing for responsive themes

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

· 2+ years front-end creative design experience

Desired:

· Ability to turn web mockups into responsive Drupal theme

· Knowledge of usability and user experience

· Understanding of the strengths and challenges of mobile first, responsive web design, and HTML5/CSS3

· Strong management skills and well-organized

· Experience working with international clients or on international projects, particularly in the field of international development
