The company has its headquarters in Dar es salaam with other officer in the country located in Tanga, Mtwara, Kigoma, Mwanza, Zanzibar and the Mine sites spread throughout the Lake-zone area, and any other location where need arises

JOB TITLE: SSC Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Reporting
Reports to SSC Manager
Primary Responsibilities

To lead commercial activities for SSC in Tanzania; responsible for the performance of sales, sales support and marketing to ensure the business budgets and targets are achieved, and assist the Business manager with new business development activities, including the identification and evaluation of new products and services

Specific Responsibilities
Ensuring that KPI's and targets are set and monitored to ensure SSC overall Business objectives and targets
Responsible for the proactive research of new product and service opportunities and their effective evaluation to contribute to the SSC business in Tanzania achieving its revenue and growth targets
Ensuring that the sales and sales support teams of high levels of customer service to any existing or potential client, by efficient and professional response to enquiries issue of proposals and tender responses
To ensure that any sales, where relevant, are made in consultation with technical, operational and process managers/teams, to ensure that they can be effectively executed
Assist the Business Manager and management teams in developing new services, to contribute to the goals and targets of SSC

QUALIFICATION
Profile
College degree or Higher Diploma in sales & marketing or related field
Over 5 years of operational management experiences in sales and marketing

Required Skills
Able to translate sales & marketing strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute
Able to interact with clients at all levels
Mastery in sales & marketing activities and principles with related technical knowledge
Acts quickly and decisively
Is analytical and creative
Able to work autonomously with regular communication to management and sales people
Good communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels
Works well under pressure
Fluent English and local language an asset
Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and intergrity
