DRUPAL DEVELOPER
Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd. (OSC) seeks a well-qualified individual for the position of Drupal Developer. The Drupal Developer will provide remote, technical expertise as part of a team of developers and designers working on behalf on an international agency. The Drupal Developer will have familiarity and expertise in core and contributed modules including:
-Drupal best practices
-Taxonomies and taxonomy menus
-Localization and Internationalization
-Panels
-Views and contextual filters
-Display Suite
-Feeds Importers
-MailChimp email service integration
-Memcache and Varnish caching
-Solr search
-Familiarity with responsive design and using Omega subthemes
-Working knowledge of drush, git, managing code repositories
Qualifications:
Required:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems (or similar)
· 3+ years developing rich, interactive Drupal websites
· Experience building responsive custom Drupal themes
· Demonstrated experience developing with PHP, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
Desired:
· Experience with Git or other revision control system
· Experience with CKAN/DKAN or other open source portal
· Experience working knowledge of Linux
· Experience working for international clients, preferably on international development projects
