NORCAP is a world leading standby roster which consists of 700 highly qualified women and men ready to deploy to international operations at short notice. In order to rapidly respond to our partners' needs NORCAP is currently growing its capacity within the areas of WASH, Shelter, DRR, Nutritionand M&E.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-7 years of professional humanitarian experience in one of the categories listed above (equivalent to the UN P3 level or higher).
- English is the working language, but fluency in French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- University degree within a relevant field of study.
- Knowledge and experience of the UN cluster system.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly stressful situations.
