To plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly but not limited to data centres, network infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Design backup, restoration of architecture and strategy and approve related processes and schedule. Define Business Continuity policies and procedures related with IT Infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and maintain controls in his area to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, applying industry frameworks like ITIL, COBIT and ISO27001/2
• IT Infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX forecasting and follow up. IT Asset management (HW & SW). Service contract management and suppliers performance evaluation.
• Define and execute a Training Plan for his area.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Computer science or Information Technology
• IT Certifications in CCNA & CCNP
• 5 - 7 years minimum experience in a simillar role
