You will lead the Leaf planning and analysis function in Tabora.
Key Requirements.
-7 to 10 years of Tobacco industry related management roles
-Tobacco Leaf Specific Technical skills, minimum experience of 15 years
-Sound knowledge of all operations processes with
-Leaf Operations including but not exclusively to logistics
-Experience and ability to work with large teams
Role reports to the General Manager

You will join the Leaf Operations Services department in Morogoro.
Key Requirements.
-Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management positions involving Leaf Operations.
Warehouse and Logistic Management.
-10 to 15 years of experience operating within tobacco
industry process flows.
-Significant experience operating within Tobacco industry EHS guidelines.
-Knowledge of JTI standards will be an advantage
-Reporting to the Green Leaf Production and Operations Services Manager.
-Role includes significant travel within Tanzania

You will join the Leaf Operations Services department in Morogoro
Key Requirements.
-You must have 7 to 10 years of Leaf Specific Skills classification and blending
-Experience and ability to work with large teams
-Fluency in English and good command of local languages is essential
-Reporting to Leaf Manager
-The role will include significant travel within Tanzania.
