SHEQ Coordinator



SHEQ Coordinator
Reporting to: Director - Human Resource and Administration'
The job holder will be responsible for the overall coordination of all Safety. Healt~. Environment and Quality activities for the company. This includes ensuring that all the laid down policies and procedures related to SHEQ are effectively implemented as required by both local legislations and international standards.

Main Responsibilities
Ensuring that the company is complying with all the statutory legislations related to SHEQ and defined
international standards that relates to the company operations.
In charge of the Safety Committee of the Head Office, Mbeya and Mwanza branches and ensure that all committees work according to the laid down procedures
Custodian of the company SHEQ policies and ensuring that the stated objectives are effectively achieved
as per the time lines established
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirement of the position
Education, qualification and Experience
Environmental Management Degree from a recognizable institution.
Certification in Quality Management System is an added advantage.
Over 2 years working experience in a Manufacturing environment in similar position ...
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advanced computer skills
