Directly reaching over 110,000 young people across 14 regions each year, it is our young volunteers and youth led networks that lead and deliver transformative change.

The programme quality Directorate of Restless Development Tanzania is responsible for assuring programme quality under the following key goal areas:

1. Research and evaluations
2. Demonstrable and quality results (Reporting the results)
3. Capacity Building
4. Evidence based learning and knowledge management.

The Monitoring and Reporting Officer roles are thus targeted at supporting the achievement of programme quality goal areas as itemised above.

You will be naturally analytical and have strong eye for compiling both qualitative and quantitative data (reports, articles, case studies, best stories …) suitable for project monitoring and reporting. Your ICT skills must be exemplary, in particular, in order to manage excel databases, and produce tables and graphs suitable for external audiences. You will be passionate about youth-led development and active citizenship, and have previous experience in monitoring and reporting ideally for donor audiences. You will be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) in English and Swahili, and will demonstrate confidence and tact in working with our stakeholders.
