PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIST (1) CITY CENTER
Purpose of the Position
Ensure that prescriptions are accurately and promptly dispensed in a customer friendly environment.
The Successful candidate will be based in Oar e salaam and will be reporting to HEALTH CENTER MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ensure that both stocked items and non stocked items are dispensed appropriately
•    Maintain an output of a minimum of 4 prescriptions per hour Keep records of patient prescriptions and stock
•     management documents Manage Stock discrepancies
•    Help manage compliance with prescription within formulary
•     Ensure that doctors comply with the AAR Drug Formulary during prescribing

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

•    Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences
•    Minimum 2 years hands on experience in retail/hospital pharmacy
•    Proven skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, human resource development and management and high level proficiency in computer use.
•    Team player and human relations skills, strong analytical approach to problem solving, good communication skills - English - written and oral

HEAD NURSE (1) CITY CENTER
Purpose of the Position
To ensure that administrative issues in the clinic are handled promptly by a customer friendly, knowledgeable and motivated team.
The Successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will reporting to HEALTH CENTER MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of duty rotas through appropriate involvement by all concerned
Ensure the clinic is kept clean and in a hygienic state all the time
Assist in the preparation of the budget together with the Health Centre Manager
Assist in the carrying out of staff orientation/ induction as per agreed Staff Induction procedure
Ensure equipment supplies and materials required for the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic
are in place
Effective and efficient supervision of nurses personnel
Manage accurate documentation and storage of client data
Carry out all nursing procedure as required with minimum Supervision.
Provide medical advice to clients in conformity to laid down procedures and guidance.
Making decisions together with the doctors on management of the patient depending on patient's conditions
Attend to all emergencies, rescues and evacuation
Ensure patients are offered efficient and effective nursing care
Manage performance of employees though Balanced Scorecard System
Ensure the health centre is well equipped and facilitated in terms of.equipment
Prepare periodic reports as may be required by the Health Centre Manager.
Ensure that the Theatre is kept tidy and all the necessary equipments are available before procedure
Preparing reports on dental, optical and Direct Billing business
Carryout any other duty as assigned to the Health Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor of Nursing - degree .
Minimum 2 years in a Middle Management in health services.
Proven skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, human resource development and management and high level proficiency in computer use.
Strong leadership skills, Team player and people management skills, strong analytical approach to problem solving, good communication skills - English - written and oral

required under minimum supervision.
The Successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will reporting to MATRON.

Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to all the company rules and regulations.
Carry out all nursing procedure as required of her with minimum supervrsion.
Ensure private and confidential information of the patients are kept in a manner that are not accessed and also not disclosed
Ensure proper, prompt and professional nursing care for the patient.
Attending to all emergencies, rescues and evacuation.
Responsible for patient's safety 'and records.
Carry out health education, immunization and family planning.
Provide medical advice to clients in conformity to laid down procedures and guidance'.
Make decisions together with the Doctor on duty on management of the patient depending on patient's
conditions

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
Secondary School Education
Diploma in Nursing
Minimum 2 years experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivating and ability to enhance team work
High level proficiency in computer use.
Team player
Good communication skills - English - written and oral.

To perform a variety of radiological procedures ensuring optimal image quality.
The Successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will reporting to HEALTHY CENTRE MANAGER.


Duties and Responsibilities ,
Performing radiographic procedures on patients as requested always ensuring high image quality.
Recording imaging identification, patient documentation quickly and accurately and observing protocols' to ensure patient confidentiality,
Ensuring proper use of the radiology equipment.
Ensuring that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any faults are reported.
Booking patients for appointments if special examination by the Radiologist is required.
Observing health and safety at work, including ionizing radiation regulations, to protect yourself and others as per the Radiation Protection Board of Tanzania.
