Role overview
| This job provides an opportunity to strengthening students learning outcomes by supporting; School-based systems for improved school management and leadership Head and Deputy Head Teacher capacity to lead and manage school performance, including utilisation of strengthened systems. Skills, qualifications and experience required
| Bachelor Degree in the field of education is essential and a Masters qualification in the field of education is desirable 7-15 years of demonstrable experience in the area of school leadership and school management Demonstrable experience of delivering in-service training and mentoring teachers and/or head teachers Demonstrable experience of education institution (school, college or other) or faculty management Demonstrable knowledge of whole school development, including school planning, staff management, financial management and community / parent programmes |
