True Vision Tanzania (TVTA) is seeking to recruit a candidate for the post of Human Resources Manager at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Human Resources Manager to coordinate and manage all human resources requirements for True Vision Tanzania (TVTA), provide support in building the capacity of the HR team, and implement strong HR policies and practices to ensure legal compliance and to maximize staff effectiveness and retention.

The candidate will be reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager and shall be responsible to managing field support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to HR in-country, and building and developing the capacity of the national HR team through effective coaching, performance management frameworks and human resource development plans.

The candidate should have a University degree or equivalent backgrounds in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other related academic discipline with minimum of 2 years relevant human resources management experience in a corporate or NGO environment.
