HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL ESTATES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a holder of master's degree in civil engineering , economics, business administration or equivalent qualification with proven record of experience in the business development for at least 8 years with knowledge of ICT applications and should be registered with relevant professional board.

Duties and responsibilities
i.    To carry out preliminary project investigations to assess technical viability of the proposed project
ii.    To carry out project proposal pre-feasibility studies.
iii.    To  review project designs layouts designs and analyze financial matter to ensure that they comply with the corporate  mission, desire specifications, standards and budget in order to meet  the projects objectives.
iv.    To study and analyze technical requirements for proposed industrial based on the market and environment matters.
v.    To supervise and facilitate implementation   of   construction works.
vi.     To identify new relevant development issues in the industry based on the market and environmental matters.
vii.    To perform any other duties as may be assigned form time to time.
