The Employer Branding function is part of HR Services in Sweden, which is a centralized entity within Sandvik in Sweden that offers qualified HR services to Sandvik in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, with a local branch in Finland. The function delivers professional service, support and consultation for managers and employees, with operations characterized by a rapid tempo and a strong customer focus.
Our dedicated team of Employer Branding Specialists play a significant role in ensuring that we select, attract and recruit candidates that resonate with our requirements and future business needs. We are now looking to appoint an Employer Branding Specialist, for a position alternating between dual focuses. You will combine the best of two worlds as part of our extensive recruitment team, while working closely with a tight-knit group of two to three co-workers within your field of expertise. On one hand, you will be working operatively with HRS, while on the other, you will contribute on a more strategic level within HR Sweden.
Key performance areas
As Employer Branding Specialist, you will be an ambassador for Sandvik in various situations, representing us as the employer of choice. You will continue to develop and implement an effective short and long-term employee and employer branding strategy supported by our employer value propositions, while at the same time coordinating and participating in presentations, job fairs, and events. Furthermore, you will actively work to increase the awareness of employer branding within our organization, and strive to cement good relations between our business and the young professionals that are our future.
You will report to the Team Manager for Recruitment. The position involves frequent traveling.
