CIRCULATION MANAGER POSITION
The Guardian Limited, The home of Great Newspapers, the publishers of leading Tanzania newspapers, Nipashe, Nipashe Jumapili, The Guardian, The Guardian On Sunday, Taifa Letu and Sema Usikike is looking forward to recruit a highly qualified and experienced individual to occupy the position stated below
Major duties and responsibilities:
Sales Management:
• Monitoring of daily sales collection from regions office.
• Responsible for daily collection of sales from agents and vendors.
• Accountable for training agents and vendors on how to sell the newspapers.
• Overall control of printing orders for all newspapers.
• Ensures increase-of circulation order.
Drop Points Management:
• Monitoring of proper distribution of newspapers in Dar es Salaam and upcountry regions.
• Appointing new agents and monitor the available agents/vendors of newspapers distribution.
• Responsible for opening new sales stations.
• Ensuring our newspapers are well distributed all over the country on time.
Qualification and experience requirements:
• At least a University degree in Business Administration (BBA Marketing) or Commerce, or Economics.
• Over 2 years experience in Circulation/ Sales/Marketing with a reputable organization.
• Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel and word processing and management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Innovative, creative and solutions oriented.
• Good at time management, flexible and agile.
REMUNERATION: The above position carries attractive remuneration as per The Guardian Limited salary structure and incentive package.
