ASA Microfinance (Tanzania) Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act 2002 (No. 93819) of Tanzania and an affiliate of ASA International (www.asa-international.com), one of the largest microfinance company in the world is working to give microfinance services to women in Tanzania. Presently the company is going to open some branches in Dar Es Salaam region and its surroundings. We are inviting qualified people to be part of our operations team for the following positions. Position: Branch in Charge/Branch Team Leader
· Job Responsibilities:
-To build and maintain a substantial and high quality loan portfolio.
-To keep frequent communication to different groups of the women and verifying their income generating activities.
-To train newly recruited Loan Officers about the loan products, services, procedures, organization's policy etc.
-To orient clients to the particular loan products and services.
-To manage all the operations and administrative tasks in the branch.
-To process loan applications and verify the client in compliant way of company strategy.
-To manage loan disbursements and monitor & sometimes collect loan repayments.
-To supervise 4/5 Loan Officers and monitor their day to day activities.
-Continuous follow up the clients Income Generating Activities (IGA).
-To provide quality and good customer service to clients.
· Academic Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor Degree or its equivalent
-Minimum 02 Years of Experiences as a Senior Officer position in Microfinance Field
-Willing to work in field level
-Ability to work independently at minimum supervision
-Sensitive to operational risks, self-initiative and decisive with high standard of integrity
Position: Loan Officer/Assistant Loan Officer
· Job Responsibilities:
-To build and maintain a substantial and high quality loan portfolio.
-To conduct members recruitment and screening.
-To orient clients to the particular loan products and services.
-To process loan applications and verify client's income generating activities (IGA).
-To manage loan disbursements and monitor & collect loan repayments.
-To handle groups efficiently.
-To provide quality and good customer service to clients.
· Academic Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
-Diploma/ Advance Diploma/Graduation/Masters.
-Experience is not required but will be added advantage.
-Willing to work in field level.
-Age between 22 and 35 years.
Probationary Period and Salary Range:
-All position have 03 months probationary period.
-Salary is negotiable
