Tanzanian's Beach Resort is looking to hire qualified professionals to fill the following positions

Maintenance Manager should have good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, as well as experience with hotel water plants.

Chief Accountant should have a degree in Finance or Commerce with financial management experience and strong understanding of sun, Fidelio, materials control and micros.

Food and beverage manager and assistant F&B Manager should be a diploma or a degree holder in hotel management and has experience in resort F&B cost controls.

Executive Chef should have a Diploma or a degree in Hotel Management and experience in Resort F&B cost control.

Operations Manager should have a diploma or a degree in hotel management with good experience in all aspects of hospitality administration.

Tours Manager should have a degree or a diploma in tours and travel with experience in all aspects of Travel Agency operations.

Water Sports Manager should have experience in handling water sports.

And finally, a Guest Relations Staff.

All the positions need 3 years in a leadership position.
