The analyst will troubleshoot problems and provide solutions via intensive computer-based research and analysis. Essential tasks involve proactively identify areas within a business which needs updating or improving. He/she is a high level of business analytical and technical skills in equipping the zonal management with enough information and analysis to make strategic decisions timely
Key Responsibilities
• Data analysis preparation for Zonal management team.
• Track Zonal performance on daily and monthly basis advising respective teams of significance deviations vs budget and targets.
• Provide information for budget preparation to Head Quarters in Dar es Salaam.
• Custodian of the Zonal budget template, data updates and advice to the management
• Work closely with financial controller in tracking cost allocation and trends
• Proactively develop analytical tools to help improve zonal business performance
• Work closely with department of strategic planning and feedback key information to the Zonal team
• Work closely with the financial controller in developing zonal financials for hub consolidation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the zone

Position Requirements
• University degree in Finance, Administration or Economics
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio
