QUALIFICATIONS
• Holder of University degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Public Administration, Sociology, Procurement and Logistics, Information Technology or Social Science from any recognized higher learning Institution
• Fluent in English and Swahili languages
• Should be not more than 35 years old
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the collection and preparation of various postal reports.
• Organize and follow up on the collection of statistics on postal operations
• Assist in determining and establish operating standards commensurate with customer requirement for postal and courier service delivery
• To collect, analyze and quantify statistical data
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
DUTY STATION
Successful candidate should be ready to work in any region within the United Republic of Tanzania.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Will report to the CEO after the probation period.

• To deal with requests for maintenance and repair of the corporation's property.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in commerce with Accounting or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy professional Level II intermediate stage module C & D
• At least one year experience from a reputable organization
• Should have good understanding of the accounting principles and should be a team player able to work in a fast paced cross functional environment
• Should have good analytical communications, interpersonal and computer skills.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
• Verification of work done at lower levels
• Maintain financial records and prepare financial analysis
• Review progress reports and initiate appropriate measures
• Performs bank reconciliations
• Assist in the implementation of accounting and financial functions
• Initiate proposals for changes and improvements in working procedures
• Handling correspondences and queries on accounting matters
• Supervise sectional staff
• Any other duty may be assigned

DRIVER III (11 POSTS)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ordinary secondary Education (F IV) certificate. Advanced Secondary Education (F VI) certificate is an added advantage.
• Advanced practical driving training certificate from a recognized Institute preferably the National Institute of Transport (NIT) or VETA.
• Training in motor vehicle mechanics a recognized Institute/Garage is an added advantage
• Work experience of at least five (5) years in a reputable organization
• Must have a genuine and valid Driving License allowed to drive all type of motor vehicles and motor cycles. License class 'C' and certificate of 'Trade test Grade III'
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive corporation motor vehicles and cycles
• Keep motor vehicle/ cycle movement records in log book
• Collect and distribute mail as directed by responsibility officers
• Inspects the vehicle/cycle before and after 'safari' in order to identify defects that may need maintenance and/ or repairs
• Ensure scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance of the vehicle/cycle are timely done
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by responsible officers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing all secretarial duties with the maximum efficiency and the best customer care approach

• Follow up with relevant departments the implementation of directives and/or instructions from CEO's desk
• Knowledge of official procedures including observance of security in respect of all matters coming within the CEO's knowledge
