JOB POSITION (RESERVATION CONSULTANT, SPA THERAPIST & PASTRY CHEF)

Dear Job Seekers, the following vacant positions need to be filled with immediate effect,

SPA THERAPIST
Duties will include the following;
Responsible for all spa treatments, practically responsible for Massage, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing and Tinting. Responsible for presenting orders, stock taking and control, answerable for Spa hygiene and sanitation.

Skills/Requirements:

-         Understand the importance of hygiene and safety measures in the spa.

-         Understand and familiar with Professional product costs.

-          Have good people skills

-         Must be Fluent in English.

-         Presentable and Customer and Sales Focused.

-          Computer Literate

-         Minimum 2 years working experience

RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT:

Duties will include the following:

Prepare accommodation quotes. Provide Information on different properties. Make reservations on company reservation system. Correspond to clients via telephone/email/fax. Assist Central billing with collection of payment on bookings prior to arrival. Correspond with lodges/sales to provide relevant booking/client information. Maintain 24 hr turnaround time on all inquiries.
Skills/Requirements:
             - Good Selling techniques 

-         - Good communication skills (Telephonic/Written) 

-         - Knowledge of reservations System (e-res) an advantage

-         - Knowledge of various rate structures

-         - Minimum 2 years experience in Reservations Department

-         - Must be computer literate, good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

POSITION: PASTRY CHEF Duties will include the following:
Create and prepare dessert menu items, ordering food and supplies for the dessert menu, stock control, prepare and manage the stipulated budget, supervising and training junior pastry chefs, preparation of baked goods, researching and developing recipes.

Skills/Requirements:
       -     A dynamic individual that has a passion for cooking and a love for pastry
       -      Creative flair and innovative.

-         Reliable and able to work under pressure.

-         Must have experience in fine dining and exquisite plating skills

-          Good communication skills

-          Great planning and organization skills

-         At least 2 years experience in 5 star hotels
