Plymouth University is seeking a skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about helping our international students achieve their potential. The International Student Advisory Service (ISAS) forms part of the Gateway Services and is one of our key front-line student support services. Working in collaboration with colleagues across the University and in partnership with students, the role holder will manage the delivery and development of an International Student Advisory Service that is comprehensive, customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive and which supports the strategic direction of ISAS and the wider University agenda.
You will ensure staff are clear on their part in delivering results and are set up for success, and understand that through their activities each individual contributes to a positive student experience, supporting students throughout their journey, from enquiry to alumni, providing a culture that engages students as genuine partners WITH Plymouth University.
Working across the Student Gateway to ensure seamless services to students and staff that enhance the student experience, you will provide specific, accurate and timely advice to international students.
Educated to degree level, you will need relevant specialist international student advisory expertise and extensive experience of student support in an HE setting.
