Business Intelligence Analyst -MFS AT TIGO
 Provide high levels of business intelligence through data analysis that is actionable
• Obtain, analyze and interpret the performance data for MFS.
• Understand the consumer base and their consumption patterns of current products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities

• To create, maintain and follow-up a complete KPI dashboard and reporting system to develop an action plan to improve commercial results.
• Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.
• Responsible for the quality, structure and management of data and information within MFS.
• Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.
• Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
• Analyze revenues, traffic and users to understand & anticipate potential deviations & opportunities
• Provide predictive tools and tracking mechanisms for product chiefs and Head of MFS to monitor their performance
• Support Head of MFS in ad-hoc analyses to improve performance
• To understand patterns and identify possible commonalities among users with similar trends.
• To create and understand segments behaviors based on such patterns.
• To monitor evolution of consumption patterns and interaction.
• Alert management about any deviations expected vs. Budget and the reasons behind those deviations.
Position Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in information systems, computer engineering or a related field preferred.
•Diploma or master degree in Finance, commerce, Marketing or a related field is a distinct advantage.
•2+ years' experience in a similar role demonstrating outstanding analytical capabilities.
Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
•Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional Knowledge in statistics, econometrics, regression analysis and business modeling. Experience in several budgeting, planning and forecasting tools.
•Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
•Proactive, organized and customer oriented person.
• Knowledge on telecom business is a distinctive advantage.
•Experience in several budgeting, planning and forecasting tools.  P&L, GM, Ebitda, etc.
•Excellent communication skills
