PROJECT MANAGER at Restless Development Tanzania
Restless Development Tanzania is the leading youth-led development agency. We have been working in Tanzania since 1993 and have established an impressive track record in delivering grassroots impact through youth led development programmes aligned to the Government of Tanzania's poverty reduction plans and Millennium Development Goals.
Amua Sasa (funded by DFID) and Mabinti Tushike Hatamu (MTH – funded by Unicef) are our ground breaking projects intended to deliver increased family planning outreach services, especially to women and adolescents in underserved/ rural communities towards supporting public sector family planning services and evaluate and share with key government, donor, and civil society stakeholders' strategies for reducing the vulnerability of adolescent out-of-school females aged 10-19 to HIV and AIDS, pregnancy and gender-based violence.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and committed individual on youth development to lead the set up, delivery and coordination of two the projects. You will be a natural leader as well as practical, solution-focussed completer-finisher, highly organised, and driven to create high quality projects and programmes. You will be experienced in programme implementation, and ensure that sharing and learning internally and externally takes place leading to enhanced programme quality on the ground.
