POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Job Description
This position will primarily be tasked as the initial contact and management point for current clients and potential new clients coupled with the certain service process administration duties. Sales Administration, Service Administration and General Office Administration will also be assigned to this individual 

Education and Skills
2 Years Advanced Degree
Good customer service skills are a must.
Ability to communicate with all levels of end-user (verbal and written).
Excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Analytical and solution oriented.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Office Productivity Apps:Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience:
2 to 4 years experience in customer service and administration
Sales background a plus
Technology/IT background a big plus.
Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus

Essential Functions:
Manage and log customers service requests
Schedule Technical Engineers
Assist Technical Engineers and firm with Client Communications.
Work with Management in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Process orders for inner-office activities, product demonstrations, salesman equipment, and office equipment.
Managed Procurement,  Delivery and Assignment Process
Manage a Variety of  other sales activities such as list maintenance, quote entering, mailers etc.
Manage  and  process orders for inner office activities,  supplies, vendors, catering, mail etc.
Answering initial phone calls for Sales/Support etc.
Assist other service and sales support activities as required.
Assist with Billing Process
Maintain Reporting as requested.
