 NGSS CCTV MONITORING OFFICER (1 POST)
Reporting Line: NGSS CCTV First Line Leader
Location; Buzwagi Gold Mine, Kahama District, shinyanga region
Work Schedule; 6 weeks on; 3 weeks off
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Report all problems to the NGSS CCTV First line leader
•    Interact and participate with the Mining Contractor, which is responsible for conduct of mining activities
•    Fully comply with Voluntary Principles (VPs) on Human Rights and the use of Force
•    Operate and maintain all Buzwagi Mine  CCTV operating systems including monitors cameras recorders, UPS including Babylon and Dallmeier system
•    Conduct daily checks of external operating systems
•    Ensure that the daily occurrence book for each post is completed accurately
•    Report and record in a daily log all security breaches and suspicious activities in accordance with Buzwagi mine security procedures
•    Assist and advise on the development of CCTV people and asset protection procedures, equipment and deployment
•    Conduct a thorough shift handover brief
•    Maintain physical fitness, high standard of personal hygiene and dress, bearing
•    Ensure total adherence to all safety & security Policies of PML, as well as other policies, procedures and guidelines
•    Be  proactive in all aspects of Security to prevent  and eliminate theft and fraud
•    Attend regular people and asset protection meetings.
•    Ensure no disruption to work due to industrial relations issues
•    Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned by the NGSS CCTV First Line Leader

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED;
Education Requirements
•    Certificate of Secondary Education Examination is a minimum requirement.
Experience & Skills Requirements;
•    Experience as a CCTV Security professional is required
•    Working experience in a mining and gold processing environment would be an advantage
•    A working knowledge of appropriate computer programs that will facilitate the reporting and control aspects of the project. This includes Word, Excel,

Dallmeier, and Babylon system
•    Good communication skills
•    Strong work ethic

•    Strong motivated
