You are responsible to identify Key Strategic initiatives to improve the overall Quality of Experience within MIC Tanzania Operations across all the points of interaction with customer focusing on the Network Quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement the required programs to address the Network Quality challenges across MIC Tanzania Operations
• Implement strategies to improve MIC Tanzania operations' Network Quality
• Assist the Head of Strategic Quality in changing culture into Quality brand and Quality Network
• Report , escalate and propose respective actions to improve the Network Quality from all aspects

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering
• Management or Project Management Degree is an added value
• 5+ years of experience in either RAN, Core or VAS planning, preferably RAN with at least 2 years in senior position in improving network quality.
• Experience of working with managed services environment will be an added value
• Full knowledge of Call/session Setup flows and protocols
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Data Network Evolution (GPRS/UMTS/LTE)
