Save the Children in Tanzania is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and results oriented individual grounded in technical excellence and a strong commitment to promotion of children's rights to take up the position of Human Resources and Administration Manager based at its Country Office in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR and Admin Manager position contributes to the leadership of the Country Office and support the development of an organizational Culture that promotes accountability and high performance, encourages a team Culture of learning, creativity and innovation.

Ensure the Administrative, Information Technology and Legal systems and processes are cost effective and efficient.

Qualifications and Experience:

High level of commitment to and understanding of Save the Children's vision, mission and values including rights-based approaches.

A minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social SCiences, or other related academic discipline, and/or a postgraduate specialization in Human Resources management.

A minimum of 5 years management experience at senior management level in complex INGO environment with evidenced experience in the development of strategic and operational Human Resources and Administration plans and their implementation in a work environment for a sustained period of time
