1. ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY CHANNELS MANAGER – 1 POSITION (HEAD OFFICE) DAR ES SALAAM
Role and Objective
To ensure that there is constant superior service delivery to customers and maximum returns on delivery channels investment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Banking Operations in day to day activities in the Directorate,
• Design and Implement business delivery channels strategy,
• Keep pace with the market by identifying innovation and re-engineering requirements in delivery channels,
• Manage projects and activities relating to various delivery channel aimed at maximizing returns on investment,
• Monitor performance and relationship with contracted external parties in serving customers through alternative channels
• Manage staff on the job training, performance and discipline
• Manage employee relations in the Department.
• Enforce compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Policies, Directives and Instructions in the Department,
• Authorise transactions as per delegated limits,
• Improve customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer suggestions and complaints.

Qualifications, Work experience and Competences.
• A Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Economics, Marketing, Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration with at least five years of work experience in a related field, two years of which are in Managerial position. ICT specialization, certification and experience in this field are a preference. Masters degree will be an added advantage.
• Creativity and ability to make sound business decisions, High standard of integrity, Ability to formulate and implement business strategies, Good Interpersonal skills and Customer driven attitude
