Secretary Cam Sales Coordinator



    Our Client is looking to recruit a female secretary Cum sales 
    Coordinator aged between 25-35 with qualification of form IV and above, 
    fluent in Swahili and spoken English is a must.
     
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    -She must have a diploma in Office Administration, with Sales & 
    Marketing Exp.
    -Extremely good talker with high convincing power
    -Knowledge in basic labor laws.
    -She must have experience in Handling staff and work force in FMCG 
    Distribution company.
    -Must be able to Develop job descriptions and motivational programs for 
    staff pertaining to the work force
    -She must be able to Locate major markets and trading areas,
    -Must have Sales skills,
    -Personal rapport with major FMCG distributors,wholesalers, retailers etc,
    -Must have Distribution logistics and budgeting skills,
    -She must be able to Handle all statutory officials, Coordinate between 
    the Managers, Sales Team & Customers
    Must have a Minimum of 3 years in any FMCG Distribution company.
     
    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    1 year contract with a 6 month probationary period, to start with. This 
    will be mutually renewable
